Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and are approved only at the sole discretion of Adhiniyam. No automatic refund is guaranteed.

Government Fees and Third-Party Charges

Government fees, statutory fees, portal fees, payment gateway charges and third-party charges are generally non-refundable once paid, initiated or consumed.

Custom Tools

Refunds for custom tools depend on whether requirement review, planning, design, development, testing or delivery has started.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the processing timeline and method will be decided at the sole discretion of Adhiniyam based on the case and payment mode.
